Dean Nelson has over 15 years experience in the field of Expense Reduction and has grown and sold businesses in this industry. As a result, he has worked with some of the largest national companies in the areas of Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitals and Property Management.

Mr. Nelson's expertise lies in the understanding of the process used for reducing costs associated with indirect and consumable expenses - expenses that directly effect the bottom line of any company. Mr. Nelson utilizes this expertise along with the ERC "Road Map to Cost Savings" to bring about positive changes on his client's behalf.

It is the goal of Mr. Nelson to establish long-term relationships with his clients. In this way, he can continually review areas for potential savings.

Prior to joining ERC, Mr. Nelson worked for McDonnell Douglas and Litton Industries in the areas of sales and marketing and owned a number of his own companies which specialized in expense reduction.

Mr. Nelson earned a BS Degree from Long Beach State University.
