Francisco Rozada is cofounder and Director of Negotiations
and Purchasing for KROPS® SERVICIOS S.A. DE C.V., the
first expense reduction consulting firm located in the State
of Guanajuato, Mexico. KROPS® links with aggregate value
and with an innovative, profitable and productive way, companies
with compatible supply and demand needs.
With more than thirty years of experience,
Mr. Rozada began his career as a Human Resource Manager for
Casa Pedro Domecq. He then started his own shoe manufacturing
company, which was one of three entrepreneurial ventures he
has pursued. During this time, Mr. Rozada has developed an
expertise in importing and exporting goods from around the
world, as well as an expertise in supply chain management
and strategic sourcing.
Before founding KROPS®, Mr. Rozada constantly
applied and adapted his negotiation and sourcing skills to
extremely different and complex situations, always generating
positive results. Mr. Rozada’s current mission is to
bring his wide array of skills and contacts to his client’s
companies. Whether it is an expense category, a specific project
or assistance with a purchasing department, Mr. Rozada has
the skills and processes required to generate positive results
for any company. His forte is cost savings, but often times
there are other areas within the clients’ business that
benefit by the work completed by Mr. Rozada and his team.
Mr. Rozada is a graduate of UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA
(UIA) Mexico D.F., where he earned a BS in
Business Management.
